Your inputs are only yours. We process them to give you a response, then we're done. Nothing you say to SHU is stored, analyzed, or used to improve our models — not now, not ever. That's a promise you can trust.
Every message you send is encrypted in transit and at rest. Even if someone intercepted your data, they'd see nothing readable. We engineered SHU so that access is technically impossible without your authorization.

You're never locked in. Delete a single conversation, a project, or your entire account — and we mean delete. Not archived. Not soft-deleted. Permanently removed from every server within 30 days. When you say go, it's gone.

The only parties who ever interact with your data are the infrastructure providers we use to run SHU, and they are bound by strict data-processing agreements. No exceptions. No fine print.
Privacy policies shouldn't require a lawyer to understand. Ours is written in plain English, built on trust, and updated whenever anything changes — with a changelog so you can see exactly what's different.
